God, Why does My Life Seem to Go Around in Circles?

Mark 6:42-52

Theme: Often it seems we go around in circles and we never make progress. God wants you to learn and grow so we will be ready for new opportunities. When we refuse to learn the lessons and grow stronger, we will go around in frustration circles. Are you adjusting your life to God so you can live in truth and enjoy His Freedom?

I. Review from last Sunday
a. God Turns IMPOSSIBLITIES into OPORTUNITIES when we love and trust God.
b. Results of putting God first:
i. You will see MIRACLES
ii. Satan will HASSLE you
iii. Your needs will be MET
iv. Kingdom of God WILL BE EXTENDED
II. When you LEARN a truth from God, a TEST will follow.
Two types of storms:
1. Storm of CORRECTION
“For those whom the Lord Loves, He disciplines” Hebrews 12:6
2. Storm of CONNECTION
“No, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him who loved us.” Romans 8:37
III. God wants to build a culture of TRUST at FBCO that creates and ATMOSPHERE of love.
a. Financial peace involves GIVING 1ST; SAVING 2nd; and LIVING on the rest.
b. It takes $36.00 a week for everyone involved at FBCO.
c. In the midst of your storm, Jesus is PRAYING for you and He will see you THROUGH.
